Cancellation Policies:

Appointment adjustments on occasionaly are unavoidable.

Please keep in mind that cancellations and no shows lead to loss opportunities for both of us.

As a courtesy, please provide at least 4 hours notice when cancel or rescheduleling an appointment.

In case if you got stuck in your business meetings,

please text me as soon as possible.

Children Policies:

We love children.

However we ask that you make child care arrangements to recievivng your hair sarvices.

Or your relatives or family adult member must supervised your child at all times.

Many guests look forward to their salon experience as personal "pampering" time.

Even the best behaved children are subject to elements of danger in the salon environment

(sharp scissors, hot irons, glass shelves, etc.).

Please respect this policy, and accept our appreciation for your understanding.

In return, when your child is receiving a service,

we promise to see that no pesky grownups disrupt their experience!.

Salon and stylist staff have no responsibility in terms of the welfare of the child's safety.
